5 easy Asian breakfast just in 5 minutes.


\Making a breakfast every day is responsibility of every Asian women. She can be mother, sister or wife. As sometime as a wife, when I have to make breakfast for my husband I also become stressed that what should I make in breakfast today. That should easy, quick and yummy, of course healthy enough to start a hectic day routine. In Asian families mostly after breakfast, there is loads of work for every person, as a mother, she has to make breakfast, than lunches boxes, clean kitchen, house completely, and then making lunch, and in the meanwhile she has to do many household works like, maintaining cupboards, shelf’s, sewing clothes.

Some women do jobs, so they have to get a good breakfast to start a day. So as, every member of house, father has to go to his office, where he will do lots of works, hectic work. So in this all this routine, thinking about breakfast, what I make today in a very tough question.

So here are some easy 5-10 minutes breakfast ready. That are healthy, and full of energy.

  1. First, my favorite, Paratha, Achar (Pickles), Chai (Tea).

First take of your atta (flour), from fridge, and place it in kitchen. So start making paratha Pera (dough),

Make a round ball, put it on board, and put some flour on it. Roll it round with roller, now brush some oil/ghee over it and sprinkle dry atta over it, now cut it, as you cut the cake, make only one stroke, means you are not getting piece from it, you just have to cut a line from its center to out ward. Now roll that line over the rolled atta. To make a cone. Press the cone tip to it top. Your Pera (dough) is ready.

Make paratha, bring out achar, and make tea if you like.


  1. Paratha with your dinner Salan.

I like to have paratha with dinner remaining food (Salan). I prefer, black channa (Chickpea), potato bahjji, and any veggie’s, that cooked in water, in breakfast.

  1. Milk cocktail (lassi) with bread.

This is so simple and easy. In my opinions best breakfast of world if you don’t have atta, just make lassi (milk cocktail).

To make lassi put 2-3 spoon of yogurt in blender and sugar. You like, blend it, for 3 minute add cold water and blend it more for 1 minute. If needed add some milk.

Take your bread slices and microwave them for 5 seconds, they will be soft and at room temperature, now put lassi in glass, and have your breakfast.


  1. Tea with bakarkhani,

Bakarkhani is a famous breakfast of Lahore’s (Pakistan). It is made from flour, ghee and some sugar. You can easily say it from Indian store or from market if you live in Indo-Pak.

Now, break your bakarkhani in a big bowl, mash it and put hot tea over it, it will like flakes, now, eat it hot as you can eat hot.


  1. Fruit salad, in yogurt. With a glass of milk shake.

Just cut some fruit’s that you have in a bowl, put 2 table spoon yogurt in it, add some sugar if you like, mix it, put in refrigerator, in the meantime get a glass of milk, blend it with your favorite fruit.

Now, take off your fruit’s and have sugar then with milk shake.


(Yummy). I can feel mouthwatering. Now please allow me that I can take my breakfast. Well today I am eating, paratha with black channa(chickpea) and tea.
