A WAY TO KITCHEN. (AFGHANI KARAHAI & CHICKEN SHASHLIK)

Some people really afraid while going into kitchen. What will they do? If anything broke than? What will I cook?

Don’t panic, just follow these simple steps and enjoy your own cooking.

AFGHANI KARAHAI (RECIPE SERVING 4 PEOPLE)

That that you need are

Chicken                1Kg

Food Color          1 pinch.

Salt                         As per your taste

Black Pepper Powder     1 Tea Spoon

Red Chili flakes                  1 Table Spoon

Oil                                           1 cup

Green Chilies                     For decoration

Method.

Fry the chicken at low flame. Now in another pan take oil and put all the Masala and fry for 1-2 seconds. Put food color into chicken and oil and cook at low flame until chicken tender. You Dish is ready

CHICKEN SHASHLIK

A simple Chinese food

Chicken boneless             ½ kg

1 small Green Capsicum

1 medium tomato

1 medium onion

Ketchup 1 cup

Oil for frying

Salt to taste

Black pepper 1 Table Spoon

Soya sauce 1 Table Spoon

Corn Flour   1 Teaspoon

First boil the chicken and save the stock. Fry all the veggies lightly and set them at side. Now put some more oil and fry boil chicken until it gets light brown now put all the seasoning and cook for 1-2 minute, now put all vegies and stir for 1-2 minute. Now add ketchup in it and chicken stock stir for 1-2 minute, if required for thicken add corn flour and cook for 1-2 minute. Serve and enjoy.

Note:     Veggies should be tender at end not cooked.
