Buying a bag of snack, with some candy bars, or having lunch in your canteen café is very easy, just spend money grab the items you want to eat and that’s all. Asian Salad Jar
Asian salad is made up of veggies, like carrots, lettuce, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, peas, mix these veggies after chopping. Put some dressing sauce which you like in jar, put all your chopped veggies and shake it all.
Sandwich is great lunch idea, easy and go. take two whole bread slices, put turkey slices over it, some cheese if you like, tomato slices, lettuce and top with another bread slice.
Chicken Paratha Rolls
Paratha roll is very simple. Take some ready to cook paratha from asian section, cook it as per instruction given. Place on platter, put some pizza sauce over it, place chicken slices, tomato slices, cucumber slice, or any salad you like. Roll it over .
Bean salad is very healthy. I used to boil chickpeas then add some tomato, basil leaves, pomegranate seeds with lemon juice. sprinkle salt. Thats it!
Pasta Chicken Salad
Boil pasta of your favourite shape, Boil some chicken, peas, potato, corn mix them with tomato, and some pasta dressing.
Pita Bread Roll
Take a pitta bread heat it on low flame. I prefer if you cook chicken in night with some sauces, and pepper. now put garlic mayonnaise on pitta bread and chicken and roll it over.
Just mix your fruits with whatever you like. and put in you lunch box. Have a FRUIT PARTY.
Sushi with baby tomato
Take tortilla put some humus over it. place turkey and salad leaves roll it over, cut it in small peices like sushi. and ENJOY!!
Chip A Chip
Mix your chips with nuts. Put in you box and RUSH.
Take bread pieces, grill then on low flame. put full amount of cheese in it some lettuce and tomatoo and microwave it for 1 minute. That’s IT.
Strawberry Tacked In
Take your brown bread, put some cream over it and strawberries. Place another bread slice and cut it.
If you are in great rush just grab your veggies bag open it in your lunch box, put some crackers with your sauce and HERE YOU GO!

Veggie Pasta, Watermelon, Cookies
Make a bow pasta with veggies, put in your one side of box, put some candies, and watermellon.
Put turkey over tortillas and some salad and roll it over.
Peanut Banana Bread
Take a bread slice, put peanut butter and sliced banana over it.
Pizza Bun with Carrots
Place a home made pizza, with baby carrots.
Salad Wraps with Red Grapes
Make a fruit cream salad with apples and red grapes. Take a tortilla, put some baby spinach leaves and fruit salad that you have just made and roll it.
Place a lettuce leave on platter put some hummus over it, then bean salad some chopped carrots and tomatoes over it. Turn it carefully.
Cut fruits and mix them in bowl with fresh beaten cream along with sugar.
Sweet Rice Pudding
It is super easy if had boiled rice already. Just take boiled rice put milk in it to soak them. Add sugar and cook until you get required stickiness shown in pic.
Super easy, it can be breakfast or your late brunch. Just Shown fruits in milk with a spoon of yogurt and ice.
Roasted Nuts Homemade Candies
This is a tough one, make them on holidays and preserve them in a tight container. In the morning just grab your lunch box fill it and RUSH!!!
Just make these simple muffins in night and pack them as your lunch. WAhoooo.
Cream On Top
Oh my GOD! I love this. Simply addicted to this one. Put layers of fruits that you like, put some cramel cream between them. and top with icing cream and some fruits.
Let’s have some protien talk. For this you need hard boiled eggs, chick peas boiled, and salad of your own choice. mix it all with a dash of olive oil, and GET SET GO…..
Boiled corn, my favourite lunch items, it is healthy, tasty and delicious. Just boil the corns and now garnish with your taste. You may put butter on it. If you want to make it spicy just cut a lemon sprinkle some dry spices over it and rub that lemon on the boiled corn. yummy

Potato Indian Ttikki
Indian potato tikki is very simple. I usually made 12 for a week. Just boil the potato and mash them well, mix spices if you like, put some green chillies if you like and basil leaves. Mix it well, make round shapes like shown and fry them on low flame.
