My last recipe was correct. It was some mistake, I put amount of butter 500gm, and actually it was 100gm and yes ghee is near 115 gm. I use 100 gm butter in it, because I believe butter is fattier.
Well that is my concept. You don’t need to agree with me.
Well as perfect today apple cake, I make it last night in pressure cooker and it turn out so well. I just made it from simple ingredients that are available in every home. Why I make this cake it is just an experiment, actually, I was getting so bored and I want to do something exciting. My mom was saying to dad she is just going mad, making some apple cake, and when cake was ready. I showed it to my mom and dad, they said well, very well. After some time I come back to kitchen to take some picture of it for this post. There was no cake. All was eaten, by whom? MY MOM AND DAD.
Yes, really they eat it all, well I am happy.
So, what I am waiting for, let’s go for things we need.
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Ghee 2, soup spoon full
Sugar 4Table Spoon
Honey 2 Table Spoon
Baking Powder 1 Tea Spoon.
Apple, 1 nice medium
Beat eggs, sugar and honey together. Until it get the shape of foam. Add ghee in it and beat some more, now mix flour and baking powder and fold in it.
Now grease the cake pan. Well you can use parchment paper. Make a layer of apple in bottom of cake pan. Make a two or three layer. Apple must be with their skin. It will look amazing. Now put it in preheated oven at 180c or as I did, pre-heat cooker for 10 minute at medium flame, place an empty small bowl of silver in it and over it put cake pan and cover with lid, do not tight it.
Wait for 35 minute. Take the cake pan out. Carefully take cake out of it, from bottom apples are on it. They are baked and lightly brown. Put some icing sugar over it, when it is cool, and enjoy!!
