I got meat of camel nearly 2 kg I decided to cook it on my own style, so I cooked it in Asian pulao (simple meat rice) style.
Fir this I boil camel meat and through water out and then cook it for pulao.
So what I add in my pulao is
|Onion||2 medium size|
|Ginger||1 Inch Piece|
|Tomato||1 medium Size|
|Red pepper||1 tea spoon|
|Cumin seed||1 tea spoon|
|turmeric powder||¼ tea spoon|
|Gram Masala||¼ Teaspoon|
Soak rice in water, now slice onion and tomato. Make paste of ginger and garlic. Boil camel meat at one side for 5 minute at high flame and then rinse it with water and again put in cooker, add more water in cooker. Water is inch high from the level of meat. Now add onion, tomato, garlic ginger paste, and close it. Now put cooker on heat on medium flame. After 15 minutes, take it off from flame, open the lid of cooker and cook it to remove assess of water.
Add oil and seasoning mint. 10 minutes until all onion tomato and garlic ginger paste become one thing, now add 5cups of water and rice in it, let this all boil. When it is once boiled. Low the flame put lid lightly on pot and when. Water is nearly ends, put your pot on stove on very flame and let it there for 5 to 6 minutes. After it, open it, open rice well and enjoy camel pulao.
