These are the traditional syrups or juices that are in our cultures from centuries.

Every region has its own taste and style of eating. In our region we have summer for almost 6-8 months. Sometimes in summer weather is so hot and sometimes it’s normal. The remaining  months of the year we have extraordinary freezing temperature. Due to these circumstances use of drinks water and juices are so important in our region. Every meal must have a drink with it. We have a plenty of juices drink which are so simple and easy to make and quiet refreshing and they charge your metabolism rate of your body. Normally we use lemon, sugarcane, fruits and different types of berries to make juices and drink. We also use dairy products such as yogurt, koha, milk to make fruit cocktail even in winter season in asian countries like Pakistan and India they put sugar and milk in tea. The taste of this region is quiet different from whole world. People are not from this region might thinks these people eat lots of spices, salt and oil. Yeah we do so. We make our dishes in oil normally we use more oil than other countries people. We like to add spices and oil in our dishes whether we are making brbe q or making an egg. But to handle all of these species and oily food we drinks a lots of fluid such as drinks cocktail lemon juice. Sugar cane juice, tamarind and dry plums juice.

These juices and drinks help to digest these heavy food. We have variety of drinks from day to night. Like in early morning I use lemon water and than in my breakfast I include yogurt cocktail and after some time I take tea. Then between the meals I make sure I drink plenty of water. I just want to tell world that we not only eat good, rich food, but also drink lot of drinks to digest these #heavy food.

Here I have list of 18 different juices and cocktails. That can be used as drinks between meals, or as a complete meal. Some of these drinks can be used as breakfast as they are so healthy and good for health. Here is the list of drinks that can be used as breakfast.

  1. Lasi OR milk, yogurt cocktail.

This is a very rich drink, and perfect for breakfast, it gives you great energy to start your day and you feel full in stomach.

  1. Tamarind and dry plums juice.

This is a very healthy juice . It has lots of fibers in it that help to maintain your metabolism and it keep your clean. If you drink it every morning it means you have took a bath from inner body.

  1. Strawberry milkshake.

Again it is a healthy juice to start a day. It gives energy, taste and keeps you chill and it keeps your skin good and glowing all the day.

  1. Almond drink

It is also called sardai in our area. It is basically almond shake with water or milk as you like. First grand the almonds and then blend it in milk or water add sugar in it . And ea joy.

  1. Carrot and orange juice

Carrot and orange juice is very helpful for eye vision. This drink is full energy and vitamins, fiber.

  1. Pineapple shake

Shake of every fruit is mindblowing. But if you go with pineapple you will a great taste with great benefits.

  1. Shakes of every fruit almost

Simple mix fruit that you have in your home. Bled them all with sugar add some water blend it again and enjoy…………

Now in asian countries there are many juices which can be used as digestion drink. Here is the list.

1. Electric lemonade

It is a simple lemonade with blue color in it. It gives very energetic feel to the drink

2. Sugarcane juice

It is very famous juice, made from sugarcane and some ginger in it, you can add some salt or sea salt in it. It is also Pakistan national drink. It helps in digestion and keep your inner super cool.

3. Pomegranate juice

Simple juice of pomegranate help to digest food, and it is also great juice have with every meal throughout your day.

4.  Orange juice

Real orange juice is  a full diet, and it is also very good for skin , and your stomach.

5.  Raw mango juice.

It is a famous juice made up from raw unripe mangoes and mint in it. As its ingredients are saying it is cooling agent for your body as it has mint in it. Second it helps you from sunlight heat and take care of your inner.

Now some interesting juices that are very common in asian countries namely are given belllow.

  2. Essence of SandalWood Drink
  3. Cardamom Green Juice
  4. Bazori drink, herbs drink
  5. Almond Drink
  6. Brown sugar juice

These juices are very common in our area, and these are made up of natural herbs, this is the traditional syrups or juices that are in our cultures from centuries.
